The Position Richway Industries, Ltd.
is seeking a Maintenance/Production Team Member.
The two main functions will be performing maintenance on factory equipment and facilities, and performing service work on customer equipment, primarily our industry leading cellular concrete machines.
The position will also have some involvement in the production of new machines.
The right candidate will be hardworking, detailed oriented, and have a curiosity for understanding how things work.
Responsibilities Problem solving is a must.
We have many types of machines ranging from roto mold, to powder coat, to plastic and rubber injections machines, just to name a few, and we need someone to be willing to dig right in to diagnose the problem.
Customer oriented.
There maybe times you need to discuss maintenance issues with customers and explain any issues in a way they will understand.
Willing to travel.
There may be times when you need to travel to the field to service machines.
Always looking for ways to prevent down time on machines and improve production processes.
Skills and Qualifications Familiar with a variety of hand tools including torque wrenches, electrical hand tools, and pneumatic hand tools.
Ability to follow CAD drawings.
Some heavy lifting.
Attention to detail.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Responsible for keeping area clean and organized.
Benefits Four or five day work weeks available.
Flexible schedule - All positions are 1st shift, but your start time is flexible between the hours of 6:
00 am - 8:
30 am.
